Outside Sales Executive – IT Managed Services (MSP)

Job Summary:
Interweave Technologies ais seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Executive to drive new business growth for our IT Managed Services (MSP) offerings. This is a field-based role focused on building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals through in-person meetings and local networking. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on face-to-face selling and has a strong understanding of business technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate new business through in-person visits, networking events, referrals, and cold outreach. 
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners, executives, and IT decision-makers. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and present tailored IT managed service solutions. 
  • Delivering compelling sales presentations covering services such as cybersecurity, cloud solutions, network management, and help desk support. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to establish trust and long-term partnerships. 
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts; negotiate and close new business. 
  • Manage and grow a local sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records in CRM. 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and scope appropriate solutions. 
  • Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and business organizations (e.g., chambers of commerce). 
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. 
  • Be an integral part of the Interweave Team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in IT services, SaaS, telecom, or technology solutions). 
  • Proven success in a field sales or territory-based role. 
  • Strong ability to build rapport and close deals in face-to-face settings. 
  • Basic understanding of IT services (cloud, cybersecurity, networking, managed support). 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working independently. 
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within assigned territory. 
  • Experience with CRM tools. 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience selling MSP or IT services. 
  • Established local business network or book of business. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, or cybersecurity offerings.
